Difference between cloud computing and Culster Computing

I'm actually confused between Cloud Computing and Cluster Computing. If any one can elaborate it in intermediate technical and lay mans language I'll be grateful.

Technically they are one in the same, but Cloud computer just allows you to transfer files easily between multiple computers just for the heck of it. Clusters are mainly used if there is some kind of error, you site will still be up because its online on another machine in the cluster.
