How is it more effective than normal hosting plan?

I choose the second choice, use 3 different servers in different place for 5 project, because CDN work based on measure of network proximity.

As far as I know it is Akamai.

infact, CDN work on media the most. As if you are able to afford such 3 server in different location then it is good and recommended to do so.
