Do you trust the reviews which are on the review web sites?
yes reviews are good as one can figure out how a hosting company works? there all details are there, and one can judge by the review how that this company is good or bad, so one can check the reviews before buying a product/service,
Reviews can't be trusted unless you have a experience with that Hosting provider. Some providers pay to get positive reviews about their services. So you can try any hosting providers as most of them have 30 or 45 days money back guarantee. But you must read their Billing policies before signing up.
Why not?
Reviews are always useful and helpful.
I suppose that depends on the review site. If reviews comes from decent review sites they should be taken into consideration.
Yeah reviews are always good to check before buying any thing either it is hosting or any other product...
I advise Hostgator reviews, visit my Hosting Forum. Thank you.
Yes, however you should read the article carefully but not just follow their ideas because your requirements might be different than that author.
I've seen some host jury websites out there that keeps to a strict standard with the reviews they receive about web hosting companies. They check IP associations and do what they can to legally find out if the reviews are real reviews and not just the web host trying to 'pull one over' on everyone with a fake review.
It would depend on where the review is located and the content of the review.
You can usually tell fake reviews quite easily by its content.
