So what I need is:
1. Repair most important Youtube Vimeo and as many from here

2. Make the instruction so that I can install the script on another domain.

there is a general problem, YT is changing on a regular base the way the videos are loading to avoid sites like yours.
Better you look for a mainenance contract with somebody.
