Depends, if you are a merchant you can get a merchant account, that would be pretty secure. Otherwise, people love Paypal.

IMO bank transfer can be the most secure way of making payments,though it takes sometime for the funds to be deposited into the account, but atleast you are rest assured about the payment to be received.

Paypal and Google Checkout are the leading methods of payment and i usually prefer google checkout because it is not giving much problems when it comes on verification.

I would say the safest method of payment i know is paypal and moneybooker. I used same and all of my transactions have no problem at all.
