well I am doing this business for like 2 years, I have dedicated and vps servers, I need to know can any one tell me nice and cheap software for billing and client management software, no matter if it is desktop application or web based, well I have like more 300+ clients and till now I was managing the client management and billing through excel file but now it is very hard to manage, I can afford little high cost for software but that much is there any one who can help me out with is I will be really thankful to you for this favor from you... thanking you in advance.

Hello Hamzii, I can suggest you few good billing and client management softwares like Modernbill, Clientexec, WHMAutopilot, Whoiscart, Perlbill etc. I think modernbill is the best of all, it has many more features and supports automatic account creation. IMO Clientexec is user friendly, cheaper than modernbill and supports auto account creation too. WHMAP has good price, features, and appearance. WhoisCart is good for it's price.

Modernbill is a nice billing software it integrates well & have some special features. It provide powerful client management solution.

Excel may be the way to work if you've only got a few customers, but with 300 customers you really wanna get as much of it automated as you can.
