Its true that WHMCS is really good, my present hosting provider cpwebhosting do use the same for its billing, but after every billing cycle I do find, that don't charge my automatically, I have to go to their billing section and click on the invoices and enter my CVV no. to pay the bill. Can I suggest some solution to them. I don't have any thought of leaving them, they are really good and cheap.

That has more to do with there with merchant agreement than WHMCS.
WHMCS has the capability to auto charge. However, not all merchant providers will allow this.

You do not necessarily need to use WHMCS. There are many others out there like Blesta or HostBill. However, given the customization and flexibility in WHMCS, I'd suggest if you have the money, go for WHMCS. Saving a few bucks by choosing another company won't help you in the long run

WHMCS is a very stable platform and a good one for people starting out in the hosting business. Later on might need to scale up to a more custom platform.

Yes, I believe you should give it a try. You have alot more control with WHMCS, and it works great in automating the tedious process of generating reports and activating accounts.

It has gooten much better the past 6 months. Before that it was plagued with some really annoying bugs. Its easy to make your own modules and templating isn't bad at all. Top dog right now.

I tend to agree, WHMCS is a very useful platform. We use it to manage billing.
