What do you guys use for live support (if any)? I have used Livezilla, but I was wondering if anyone else had any other recommendations. Also, how important is it to have live support?

Why don't try to test all existing live chat systems?

Just installed LiveZilla recently and loving it too!

tried SmarterTrack, Kayako chat, didn't like either.

There are number of live chat softwares available on the net. You can test with them and use one of them for which you feel happy while using it.

If someone says favorites here, most likely it means it was welcomed by customers. Otherwise it wouldn't be much favorite
