I think that one of the best billing systems is jBilling system - it is the standard in open source billing software. With enterprise features and a robust architecture, it is the choice for businesses of all sizes. jBilling supports anything from very simple to very complex billing requirements. Using a business rules management system allows you to add or change your business rules easily.

There's many people that agree with this, and not to be any different, I believe WHMCS is the best billing system available. There's so many features, and it's very easy to use. Most billing systems have a trial period, where you can try it before you buy it.

I would personally say, try them all, see which one you like the best, and which suits you the best. That's the best way to do it IMO.

Agree with you. That is most popular one and easy to manage. Most of the biggest reseller web hosting providers offer that.

Right, so first thing you need to select a billing system meeting your needs and then try to find one that meet your expectations.

+1 for WHMCS. It has quickly become the standard after modern bill was bought and crippled by parallels.
