We typically purchase branded chassis directly from manufacturers (new or refurbished, usually HP), then fill out the RAM, disks, etc with OEM hardware purchased elsewhere.

In India we use Mega Networks. Ask for Immam

I have found Supermicro to be much more configurable than Dell/IBM or any of the OEMs.
