Anyone who has a footprint with both Equinix and Switch & Data must be wondering what the future holds with Equinix huge acquisition! As a national colocation provider, we have several footprints with each provider and negotiated great rates. Does anyone have any thoughts on what we might expect ?!?!?

1. Do you think S&D will go through a re-branding process?

2. Will Equinix mess with the S&D pricing matrix?

3. Does anyone understand why this makes sense for Equinix?
