Is hqhost.net a suitable company to use colocation service from them?

Never heard of them. What are your requirements for colo? Bandwidth, power, space?

Well, I never heard them before too, but it will not hurt you if you will try to find more information about this colocation, and there is a lot of other webhost also that you can try.
